Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your skincare order to be fully processed, packed, and prepared for shipping. Once your package is turned over to the courier, delivery timelines depend entirely on standard transit schedules. We are not liable for delayed arrivals due to shipping exceptions or weather disruptions outside of our control.
Due to the sanitary, professional, and medical-grade nature of skincare and aesthetic cosmetics products, all online retail sales are final. We cannot accept product returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped out. If your package arrives structurally damaged or contains a fulfillment mistake, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can correct it for you.
